We are Duke Hoof 'n' Horn: the oldest musical theater organization in the South.
From our first production, student-written show The Devils Grin (1936), Hoof 'n' Horn has built a legacy of enriching the Durham arts community with top-tier student talent for decades. One of Duke University's oldest organizations, Hoof 'n' Horn performs both on campus and in the Raleigh-Durham area.
Every year we put on two mainstage, one 24-hour, a new works festival, and multiple cabaret-style productions. We strive to connect with our community of current students, alumni, families, and NC locals onstage, offstage, and outside the theater.
